The SMS text message report is a quick and easy way to check the tenant
information you have when you don't have access to the internet, or just need
that information fast:

Send a text message with the word CHECK, then a space followed by the NI Number
of the tenant to 82772. e.g. CHECK AB999999C.

We convert the NI Number you entered into our RO number format then check our
records for your tenant. We'll send you a report with the information we have
on the details you provided. You will be automatically billed £3 for the
report.
