An N.I. Number is an abbreviation for National Insurance Number.

You can do as many searches as you like online. But with SMS
you are restricted to 30 searches per mobile.

You need verbal agreement from your future tenant to say
you can use the information they have supplied to you.
11. Where do I find a potential tenant's N.I. number?
You can find this on a wage slip or benefits books, or ask
to see their N.I. Number card.
